Honoring those who served

As we enter the expectant season of Advent, it’s a good time to remember and honor those who we love and have lost. On Sunday, Nov. 14, we honored those who served our nation in our armed forces with a symbolic table setting during the Eucharist. The table is set for a returning veteran. The seat that is facing downward represents those who will never return.
